    • If you are a Rights Holder, we will ask your consent for sharing specific information in relation to your content’s “digital fingerprints” entrusted with us.  When you give your consent, you allow social media channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other parties, like Google Analytics, to provide data relating to the number of views or clicks and other aggregated information about your content. The information we receive is not attributable to individual viewers or website visitors yet may contain your personal data such as your company name and website URL.  The third parties providing such information will remain data controllers in relation to the personal data they will process in this respect. Lasso will only be the data controller for the further processing of your personal data and we will only process such data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

IV. Disclosure of Your Information

We may share your personal information with any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in Section 1159 of the UK Companies Act of 2006. We may share your information with selected third parties including:

  2. In the event, we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets
